Can you find a comapny's profit from a contract with a university? Specially look into how much they make from a yearly meal deal with a university?

You may, especially if it is a public university. Either way, look up annual reports, and if the school has bonds outstanding, those associated disclosures.
Another idea - go to the IPEDS data center (http://nces.ed.gov/ipeds/datacenter/InstitutionByName.aspx) and look up the school. Most schools will (public and non-profits) will have some financial disclosures in there. You may be able to back into the profit margin if the contract relates to a specific line item and the company has sole responsibility for that item.
