Job opportunities outside of S&T

Hi. I'm in my 30s and work in S&T with focus on FX derivative sales. I've got young family and the early hours combined with the lack of flexibility, just makes it hard for me to be present for my kids. I am trying to see what other jobs I can transition into considering my experience. I am also happy to add an additional qualification if needed to change career paths. Ideally, it would be great to find a hybrid job or a job that allows me to do drop offs and pick ups but I make up the hours by working late. Currently that's not possible so would like to hear from others who might have gone through something similar and what did you end up doing ?
