Looking for a mentor in gas and power trading business.
Because of couple of bad decisions I have created career gap in my CV which makes hiring managers sceptical about my commitment. I think I also don't know how to interview properly as I fumbled a job role where the hiring company initially showed lot of interest in me. My contract ended recently and I am looking for a new role but struggling to land interviews as the market is tight.
