Navigating offers

I am fortuneately enough to get offers from 3 banks this summer, and looking to get some insights to each of them:
Appreciate any insights to these programmes in terms of return rates and how good they are especially on FICC / rates.
All these are for s&t at london.
Also would appreciate any tips to do well in the internship, thanks a lot!

Nice - any specific reasons? Hows the return rate compared to bofa/db etc?

Btw how did you manage to get those 3 offers? Have you done any spring weeks or got any referrals?
