non-competes on grad scheme
just got offered a position at a trading firm in EU/UK and turns out there is a non-compete clause preventing me from even being interested in working elsewhere 12 months after termination.
is this normal for such a junior role, and will it be enforced because i'm so junior.
if so doesnt this kinda kill my career mobility early on?
