Prime Jumbo Deals Help

I’m a brand new analyst on a mortgage desk and was wondering if anyone could explain to me how the hell PJ deals are structured. I read through a bit of an OM and some pre-sales, yet still can’t make much sense of all the different classes. Anyone know of any resources that might be helpful?
