Career Resources
We can't tell you if a position is "good". It really depends on goals, firm prestige etc. If you mean comp, yes that seems pretty good in terms of comp to me
What will your work include? Only dispatching and scheduling, any pool to pool flowing, or virtuals? When you’re first out of school, comp isn’t incredibly important in my opinion, what you’re exposed to and the opportunities in house are. You will make money, you won’t get those early years of your career back. Also depends on the location of the desk as far as comp goes.
