Relevance of networking/referrals in todays world (2025 SA)
Hello hello,
Currently prepping for London 2025 SA in S&T.
During a coffee chat I had with a BB associate, he told me he could not grant referrals.
With the growing adoption of Hirevue/online tests to screen candidates:
Are referrals still relevant in S&T in London?
Is it still a good path to getting a first-round interview?
