S&T Analyst (Derivatives)

Hi all,
Currently working as an analyst in derivatives S&T desk (mainly dealing with FX and Rates products) in a not BB Bank.
Should I try to transition into a BB bank? What are some of the exit options for this type of roles?
How's the compensation at BB banks for these type roles in London / Paris / Madrid / etc?
