S&T in Brazil or MBA ?

Hi everyone,

I went through the forum posts and was hoping to get some advice. I'm a junior in college and intern in S&T at a BB in Brazil.I'm not familiar with how internships work in the USA/Europe but here from the 3rd year on, students are encouraged to apply for full time internships. If you're accepted into their program, keep your GPA up and have a good performance overall as an intern, they will officially hire you once you have graduated.

Before I was pretty set that an MBA or a MSc in Finance were a must, but after reading everyone saying how they're a way to break into S&T I am now confused. Technically I have already broken into S&T and will probably be invited to stay once I graduate next year. Now I'm not sure I should even look into grad school?

Basically my question is: Will it be worth it to leave a job in S&T at a BB here to go abroad and get an MBA? I know it sounds like a somewhat stupid question but my parents and professors keep pushing me towards the grad school route, claiming I'm very young, should experience some of the world and that it will enhance my resume and even give me new opportunities in the future.

If anyone could offer some input, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
