What sales desk is the most relationship based

I was looking for suggestions on what sales desk has the most client interaction, less quantitative and more relationship driven?

In my unqualified opinion, Physical commodities like ags, if you work for a Cargill or a Glencore. Probably at a commodities desk at a BB like GS or the metals desk at HSBC, it's a bit more quantitative because they don't have to worry about physical settlement.
Both deal with derivatives, and some commodities, like weather and freight trading, are traded as derivatives.
