What to do? Recruiting FT: IBD to S&T
My situation is I currently have a SA at a BB this summer in lev fin, however, I wanted to do S&T for the summer and unfortunately, it didn't pan out. I would like to recruit s&t full time, however, would it be possible for me to only recruit on credit desks? When should I start networking for FT as well? What is the process I should be taking? Any advice would be very much appreciated
