Best advice when for an intern at a VC fund.
Starting in Jan of 2023 I will be interning at a VC fund based out of the UK. It is a fully virtual internship and the company primarily focuses on early stage tech companies. This is my first time dipping my toes into the VC world so any advice would be great. I have two main questions.

How should I be preparing for this position? I want to be able to hit the ground running, put my best foot forward, and blow away those above me.

During my time as an intern how can I maximize my time and performance? What actions do both successful interns and employees do that separate them from their peers?
