I am trying to understand what’s the salary at London VCs. Searched Glassdoor and the like and coming empty-handed. Any help WSO fellows?

Growth PE VC/Growth associate - £80k + £25k bonus in first year
Damn that’s slightly underwhelming if post BB IB.
Pretty par for the course.. translates to like (using historical rates) $130k base + $40k bonus = ~$170k. GE / VC always has a discount to PE.
