Operational-Focused VCs
Hi y'all, just wondering what some of the best operationally-focused VCs are right now. I'm looking for ones that work deeply with their startups, helping them w recruitment, product/growth strategy, and future fundraising. Also would love to know how to find VCs that do have this focus. Thanks!

That is true, but I am looking for VCs where you also find and nurture the connection with the founder yourself too. I know that the DGS team kinda steps in where the Investment team leaves off, but I'm looking for funds where the role of Investment and DGS are combined if that makes sense.
