TA Associates (growth equity) in London?

Going through recruitment process with TA associates in London and was wondering if anyone had any info on them wrt comp, lifestyle, career progression (specifically in their London office).

Doing a quick search on WSO yields quite old/US centric replies so was wondering if anyone could comment on what its like in their London office.

Have heard that as an associate (fresh out of 2-3 yr IBD analyst), you do a lot of sourcing/cold calling? Is that necessarily true still? Also how much modelling work do you do vs regular non growth equity PE firms ?
