I was recently contacted by a recruiter for a private wealth management firm. The position sounded enticing and I went in for the first round interview where I heard some really good things. My question is does anyone have an opinion on pros/cons of working in a bank PWM role vs a smaller shop? If you could touch on the culture, pay, progression, work life balance, and actual work itself that would be great. Thanks!
