Big 4 financial service advisory/consulting worth trying?

Could someone give me a pros and cons analysis over the following two options?
1) Go to a bank/fund to do back office roles (i.e corporate accounting, internal audit) from big 4 audit after 3 years
2) Transfer from big 4 audit department to advisory department
