Capital Group - What are your personal experiences?

Without disclosing too many details, I'm in a position to potentially join a Capital Group Private Client Services team as an associate. I'm interested in any personal experiences you've had with reps from CG and/or FAs themselves. I've already read their 2023 outlook and the book "Capital" by Ellis and am looking for more firsthand impressions. (The firm is notoriously quiet and didn't find much on this site thus far.)
