Does anybody have info on Deloitte’s modeling and business valuation practice? I have interviews coming up with them. Would be great to learn about how they compare to other valuation firms, what kind of work they do, etc. The title of the job is “consultant” but am assuming it is the same as any other valuation practice. Any help or insight is appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks. The description also states “valuation of complex securities”. Does that seem to be correct or will it mainly be post merger valuations for reporting purposes?
You'll be lucky to get a PPA and it's unlikely that you'll do complex security valuations (done by complex security valuation team). Also know that, at the associate/consultant level, there are no bonuses at Deloitte. Deloitte offers the worst compensation, definitely at the Big 4 but maybe in all valuation.
