ER-Type Jobs at Wealth Management Business?
I have an internship coming up at the wealth management division of a large bank in a group they call "portfolio advisory". The job seems very similar to equity research, as it will entail providing securities research and analysis to the bank's investment advisors and also working very closely with the ER team in the capital markets division. The job description even mentioned some modelling, and pay also seems to be more or less in line with actual ER. Is this kind of job seen just as good?
