Financial Advisor Interviews

How drawn out is the interview process usually for FA positions? I've already gotten past an initial interview with a firm, they did a background check and now they're telling me I have to meet at least another 2 times. Once to go over marketing and compensation and the next to meet the regional president of the firm.

At this point I'm assuming I'm in good shape to get the position, but it's just like how long does this process take? My initial meeting with them was almost 3 weeks ago.
