Help with Job Offer

I have recently interviewed for my first FT job out of college. Things went great, I really like the company and they have indicated that they are going to make me an offer. It is an entry level operations position. I have had 2 summer internships in the same industry doing more or less the same work. The job posting is looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience. Do they consider internships experience ?

The question is, the posted salary range is $70K-$110K. Does that mean that someone with 2 years gets $90K, 3 years gets $110K and I should expect $70K. Should I expect somewhere in the middle. Do people getting their first jobs ever negotiate an offer letter ?

Any advice would be helpful.
