I will be out of my apartment for the entire month of August and am looking for someone to sublet my apartment. You will be sharing the apartment (separate rooms) with a female roommate in her mid-twenties who is rarely in the apartment. She spends most of her time with her boyfriend or traveling for work (recruiter). Full time doorman. Speedy elevators. Recently renovated building. Very large room for all your stuff or simply to stretch out. Closet will be emptied for your use, maid service will be there to clean up prior to your move.

High floor (20th) with great views (west facing, short neighboring buildings). Supermarket, drug-store, medical center, dry cleaners, co-op laundry downstairs. Short walk to Central Park, the Guggenheim and the MET. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
