Invited to a social for a boutique PWM firm

I’m a grad student currently looking to employment as I finish my BSc in June.

I went to a webinar hosted by a PWM firm and asked some good questions and added some insight. They were impressed and the head of the firm invited me to a Zoom call to talk to me and it went well. I was mostly asking for insights into PWM. I didn’t ask for employment but he later emailed me for my CV.

Later another employee had a zoom call with me and that went well. They weren’t official interviews but they did ask some employment like questions and invited me to a company social.

Any advice? They said they wanted to get to know me better and I’m the only candidate invited so that is a good sign.

And I’m in the UK, but I’m Taiwanese American. Any ideas on what kind of salary I could ask for in the future for this kind of position in the UK? Might I even skip any official formal interviews if things went well? don’t know if this ever happen.
