PWM Attire

The attire at my BB PWM internship is a suit everyday, not business casual. Not that I care much, but what's the point of wearing suits in PWM unless there's client meetings. The days I've been at work, I only see the same people (Junior FA's and the Senior FA). I get it's Wall Street and I'm at a BB, but why not just do business casual?

I didn't have to wear a jacket for my unpaid ML pwm internship last summer, but always had to wear a tie. I interned in a branch office where there probably 35-40 FAs and they were all old (50-60yrs old) and super traditional wall street with the off-colored collars, french cuffs, and suspenders. It was actually pretty funny how serious they took their job. It was a good experience though and really helped me for sophomore recruiting in landing a boutique i-bank internship.
