Does anyone know what compensation looks like as a first year PWM analyst at MS? Also hours, ect..

I'm at another BB for PWM and for me its SB=7500, Base= 60k, Bonus= performance based but i have heard 5k to 20k and hours r around 65 to 80 (from what i have heard). I assume MS is probably similar
