PWM director rocks physician

hope not ofn

Erzinger, an Arrowhead homeowner, is a director in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Denver. His biography on Worth.com states that Erzinger is “dedicated to ultra high net worth individuals, their families and foundations.”

Erzinger allegedly veered onto the side of the road and hit Milo from behind. Milo was thrown to the pavement, while Erzinger struck a culvert and kept driving, according to court documents.

“Mr. Erzinger struck me, fled and left me for dead on the highway,” Milo wrote. “Neither his financial prominence nor my financial situation should be factors in your prosecution of this case.”

So do I. I don't care that this asshole managing over a billion dollars. Good for him, but he commited a felony and nearly killed this guy. The broker should get hit with the felony charges, and trebble damages on top of the felony suit. The legal system is doing a great injustice by allowing this scumbag to skate by with only a misdemeanor instead of a major felony. A felony on his record wouldn't even come close to being a fair response to what he did.

This doc is going to be out of work as a practicing physician for a very long time because of this. Since I don't want to comment about his other injuries as I don't feel even remotely qualified to discuss them, no having seen the films, I don't know the full effect of his herniation, but standing in the OR with multiple repaired discs across the C-Spine and L-Spine makes performing surgery difficult. Hell, even assuming the guy does multiple fusions, it will make prolonged periods of standing extremely difficult. Oh, and to make matters even worse, this guy is a specialist in an arleady difficult field to get into with a shortage of trained phsyicians able to handle this kind of surgery, so chalk one up to doing much more harm than good. I hope the Doc wins this one. He deserves it.

As well, one day of notice, by all rational is borderline illegal to change the charges, as it doesn't allow the opposition to even motion for a change. What a fucking joke this asshole in Denver is. What a fucking clown, him and his attorney.
