PWM Informational Interview

I have my first ever informational interview tomorrow with a portfolio manager at a boutique PWM firm. Does anyone have any good advice or some great questions to ask the person?

Here are a few sample questions I plan to as:
What is some advice you can give to someone trying to determine whether Asset Management and finance is right for him?

What is an average day like in your role?

What are the most important personal satisfactions and dissatisfactions connected with your occupation? What part of this job do you personally find most satisfying?

Most challenging?

What sources do you think is the best for investors?

What are some qualities of great investors?

What did you do to try to mitigate the effect of the Great Recession on your portfolio and what impact did the recession have on your firm?

What would you recommend I do to prepare myself for a summer position at your firm?

What part of the job interests you and how did you get started in this industry?

Here are just a few questions I "might" ask. Please give feedback and thanks in advance!
