PWM Internship - Best in terms of learning and experience

I am looking at PWM internships during the fall and have found Merrill, UBS, Smith Barney and RBC around my school. Which internship would be the best in terms of learning and experience?

Also, is a PWM internship better than a general finance internship at a nonprofit or small company?

I've had a Merrill PWM internship and I can tell you first hand your doing it for the name on your resume, you won't learn a lot. That being said go for the most respected names in the industry, probablly MSSB>Merrill>UBS>RBC. If you want to work in high finance, then a general finance internship would lead you in the wrong direction. Definitely go with the PWM internship and take it at face value, you'll learn a little and get a great step up on your competition by being able to put a BB name on your resume.
