PWM Recruiting Bonus
I recently read an article about recruiting bonuses for large PWM advisors. Can someone familiar to the industry explain how this works? Seems like if they are an advisor making $500k, then can bring their business to a competing firm and get up to a 300% bonus? That seems like a crazy opportunity, no?
