I don’t see a lot of PWM threads on here but I’m sure some people in PWM lurk here or are looking for a job in PWM. I’ll share my comp below and hopefully others share too!
YOE: 2
Pay: $80k base, $30k bonus
Hours/Lifestyle: 40 hours per week but can wfh whenever we want unless a client is coming into office
