PWM/PB Post MBA

Hello, Guys

I apologize if a thread has already been made for this, but I am just curious how the BB PWM/PB role works. I know there is a decent starting salary and I understand some people get into the investment process and some more relationship management. Assuming you get into relationship management in these programs, do they give you leads or any way to help you get new business. I have two years experience in sales, some background in Asset Management and a CFA. Would appreciate any advise or pointing to the right forum.
