PWM/Private Banking selectivity vs IB or S&T

Hello, I realized that this website looks at PWM/Private Banking as a secondary carrer to Ib or S&T. Does this mean it is easier to land a job there? Will they take kids with lower gpa's more readily? Do they look for different skills such as a good personality? thanks
