South Florida banks and smaller PWM boutiques that provide H1b

Hi everyone,
I have been reading here for a while but never signed up. I found a similar post to mine, but it is already years old and policies change.
I am Norwegian and recently graduated from USC (Bachelor of science in Business Administration) and now want to move to Miami, FL. I am looking to work as an analyst, or client associate. I am looking for firms that eventually sponsor H1b's (I am on opt now) and pay a base salary of 40k or more:)
thanks for the reply!

lasampdoria thx so much for your reply!

Does anyone here know some good SFL firms? I know New York has more opportunities, but I don't like the cold. (I am from the cold) and I prefer SFL over LA

Most of the international banks are located in Brickell Miami. Your best bet is to network yourself into an opportunity. Do you have any contacts in Miami/South Florida?
