UBS Financial Advisor Program

Hello everyone, recently accepted an offer from UBS for a Financial Advisor Training Program following my graduation in May. I was wondering overall what to expect compensation wise for my first few years, my starting base pay is 50k and I have both annual and quarterly bonuses. Very unsure what to expect and was also looking for any possible tips/advice anyone has?

going into these programs is brutal. I nearly went into GS/MS equivalent program. Failure rate is over 90%, and the odds are stacked against you unless you literally come from a super rich family. Since if you are someone with a $100,000,000 net worth, why the fuck would you give it to a fresh college grad?

PWM is an awesome gig if you have connections & are able to build a big book. You could maybe make $1M+. However, 99% don't. It is super hard to accomplish that. Seriously, proceed with caution because you may be unemployed within 1.5-2 years if you do this and fail
