Wealth Management Advisor App

I work for the wealth management division of a large investment bank. Recently, the bank has started pushing advisors to adopt a new advisor facing mobile app during our client meetings. I am on the fence as to how useful it is. I was wondering if this technology is widely adopted at other firms or if my firm is one of the only ones forcing it on advisors. Would be interested in hearing everyone's experiences and what has worked well and not so well.
