My top choice right now is Venn Wealth Management Group, a small UBS financial services team located in Virginia. How should I format my cover letter? In the past, I used a generic format that works for all job applications. The first paragraph included how I found the job and why I think I would be a good fit, the second paragraph elaborated on my resume, and the third one was short, reiterating my interest and stating my contact info.
I realize I need a more specific cover letter format to tailor to wealth management and other finance-related positions. Would it be more beneficial to use bullet points for these jobs? What types of key words or phrases should I include? Thanks.
