Its tough. Wealth Management to IBD (M&A, equity financing, debt financing) or Sales & Trading is VERY difficult.
You are much better off doing IBD at MM and using that to go to BB IBD than trying to go from some place like BB Wealth Management or even worse Operations to IBD at a BB.
