What is the comps structure like for Wealth Management?
Hey guys,
Considering applying to Wealth Management at BBs like MS, GS, etc. What is the pay structure like for BB WM? I know that there is obviously the fee you make from your book's AUM; however, do you also get paid a base salary in addition to the fee or is WM comps basically 100% commision/performance driven?
If have base, what is typically the base salary for WM?
