one of my buddies moved in with his gf and we are looking to fill his room, we are indifferent between a guy moving in and a girl (just realize there are 4 chill guys there already). The place is gigantic and the rooms are a good size, it used to be 2 apartments and it was combined into 1 so there are two front doors and 2 kitchens, the front doors are right next to each other and the layout is pretty awesome and not weird at all. The living room is very large and we have 3 giant couches in there now with plenty of room, also have two tvs, a bar, and extra space for a foosball/dining room table, there are a ton of closets with ALOT of storage space. There are multiple elevators and a doorman. Place is on 16th and 3rd and rent is 1700, would also need 1 month security deposit.
