1st Year MM Analyst....... PE/ MBA advice

From Midwestern state school, starting FT at MM (Baird, HW, HL, Piper) this summer.

PE:
Too early to start networking?
Is it worth networking within MF, or do they only take BB

MBA:
Have been told MBA is only worth it if its a top 10-15 program. I tend to agree as I'm not trying to load more student loans on top of the ones I already have, unless there's serious value added. My question is do I have a shot at a top MBA considering MM IBD and less than stellar GPA (~3.6) from average public.

I understand it's early since I haven't started full-time, but always trying to think ahead.

Grateful I even made it into IB so no need to sugarcoat if stated above is out of the question.

Thanks

Agreed. I'd also recommend thinking about taking the GMAT before you start in IB if you are seriously considering grad school relatively early in your career. I'm sure you'll have as good a chance as anyone to land in a top program, but the higher the GMAT score the better obviously. If you have some downtime before you start full-time, there probably isn't a better time to take it unless you plan on taking some time off from work eventually before starting grad school. It's not impossible to score high on the GMAT while working IB-like hours, as thats what a lot of people have to do, but never too early to consider knocking it out.
