2022 SA Recruiting and COVID
I understand that 2020 SA's are very affected, 2021 SA recruiting may be unusual, but will 2022 IB SA positions be affected? I was thinking that we'd be done with COVID at that point and business should be beginning to grow, thus having a need for more IB roles. Will they go on a SA hiring spree for 2022 or will they be drowned with applicants who were affected in the year before (2021)?
Is there any way that 2022 SA's would be at a disadvantage? Or do the 2022 SA's have a huge advantage?
