For more experienced IB professionals, would you mind sharing the comp progression from Analyst to MD? If possible, would be very helpful to see how much % of the comp ends up being in deferred stock?
I know there are a lot of resources to find this data but feel like a most are fairly inaccurate so would be great to get some perspective from actual experiences.
