Is One Job Better Than No Job In This Environment?
I'm currently an international junior at a target school. This IB recruiting process has been absolutely tiring but I kept grinding through it.
I just got an offer from a BB regional office within IBD but it's a BO/MO function. I'm still recruiting for other opportunities but feel like recruitment is nearing the end and the chance I have to take this opportunity is increasing every day.
For those that couldn't make it into regular IB, what do you do? Is a bad job better than no job in this environment? I'm also international so that limits my options quite a bit.
