I accepted my offer yesterday at a BB and HR asked me to fill out a form. They asked if I interviewed at other firms and whether or not I received an offer. I interviewed with a few boutiques, but only because everyone else was shopping around. Does this information matter? Will my superiors know that I shopped around? Will it benefit me if I received offers from other firms? Will it hurt me if I didn't get offers?

Relax... You have an offer, you signed, that's it. (Assuming you're actually happy to work there), just say you liked them so much, didn't interview, because you are so psyched about joining them etc, etc. HR loves that shit.
Here is the problem with this strategy: HR changes firms all the time, including every once in a while a boutique-> BB transfer. It also sounds like they're getting this in writing from OP, because he has time to ask us.
There's no material upside to this and some material downside. If HR ever puts 2+2 together, you look like a liar to them and there's a small chance it gets back to your manager. Again, the chances are remote but in this really narrow balance, it's better to tell the truth rather than to try to make the person on the other end of the phone (who no longer matters) happy.
I guess this really comes down to how OP feels about telling the truth. In my view, while there are cases where it's smart not to tell the WHOLE TRUTH, it's better to err on the side of giving too much truthful information than to hide stuff or lie about things. And TBH it's natural to shop an offer. If you don't, you're stupid. Even HR understands that, although they'd put it more diplomatically. ("We make competitive offers and we encourage our analysts to test that. They invariably come back and agree.")

Tell them you interviewed elsewhere. People who put all their eggs in one basket are stupid. Do you think you were expected to be loyal to a legal entity before you were even employed by them?
I don't think your answer here can really hurt you. (Even if you lie, unless they somehow find out but is incredibly unlikely)
I'd be honest and tell the truth. Makes life simpler. Not 100% sure but I think this is more for general firm analytics than anything else.

They just want to know what other banks are seen as competitors for them for top talent. Don't sweat it
