Advice for EB Recruiting
How does the EB recruiting process differ from BB's? Is there more or less emphasis on certain things (e.g. networking with alums, firm visits, resumes, GPA cutoff, etc.) and how can I maximize my chances at an EB?

More focus on technicals in interviews.
Bump^^ I am curious to know the timeline for these EB processes; it is much harder for someone like me coming out of non-target, but I am still very interested in going through the process. I have heard that these interviews come AFTER the BB processes. Is this true?
Not really. My EB opens apps in June and will conduct interviews July - September. I think this is inline with most other BBs and EBs for standard recruiting (excluding diversity/women's timelines). Feel free to PM me for more info about recruiting for specific EBs, I mostly focused my efforts there and had offers from multiple.
Hey BananaCrazy3620 , can you please PM me? I've reached my PM limit for the month.
I'm super interested in working at an EB (would take an EB > BB any day), and I'd really appreciate any advice/ insights. I will tell you about my progress so far, and maybe you can tell me what I should/shouldn't be doing.
Thanks so much for the response!
Hi deshaw, unfortunately I've reached my daily PM limit (didn't know that was a thing), so I can't PM you today, but I can definitely reach out to you tomorrow to discuss.
I just PM'd you, it somehow worked! Thanks so much again!
