Advice needed for incoming FT recruiting
Hi all,
For those who secured a 2019 summer ib gig, but might be interested in expanding their options for FT recruiting, are you thinking about attending on campus IB info session for 2020 SA now in the spring term to network? I thought it might be good to know who is in charge of next recruitment cycle. But because summer hasn't even started yet, will it look bad?
Any advice on FT re-recruit is also very much appreciated. Thanks!!
At a non-target so no OCR, but in the same boat. Bump

I did a little full time recruiting and personally chose not to attend intern info sessions last spring. I felt like it would be a bad look to be recruiting around before I even started my internship. I reached out to my leads (people I knew already) during my internship.
Thanks for the input! Curious to know your input on the timeline for reaching out- Should I start around May? How do you normally position yourself?
