Allen & Co-- Hours / Culture?

In the late stages of an interview process at Allen & Co for an analyst position. As some may know, there is not too much information out there on the firm as it chooses to keep its operations / footprint out of the public eye. I have learned quite a bit from speaking with associates and more senior executives at the firm, but the analyst experience still remains a little opaque. As a result, I am trying to glean some information here regarding their culture / hours. I am interested in making the switch from my current position in tech MC and potentially see myself enjoying a longer-term career in TMT / Tech IB (not looking at the analyst position as a just a step to PE / other exit ops). So, any information would be greatly appreciated.
