Am I allowed to trade without restrictions in my personal trading account if my LLC works on a project for a major bank?
I own a software development and data analytics LLC. If I work for a bank via my LLC can I trade stock options (leveraged) in my personal trading account? Do I still need pre-clearance in this scenario? Are there any restrictions that I should be aware of?
